Chat Banking by DBS Bank in India

Singapore Based Bank - Development Bank of Singapore (DBS) is launching Chat banking feature for the customers in India.

Customers can do easy banking via Messaging apps in the phone. In the initial phase the service will be starting on Facebook messenger.

In April pure banking via phone was started by DBS Bank. Now the Bank is working to promote chat banking via Whatsapp and Wechat.

With this chat application just like interacting with a bank officer customers can do all kinds of transactions. The Bank is offering High security for these features.
