Federal Bank introduced a new application called the FedBook where the customer can view their Account passbook on Smartphone. So no need to visit the branch to update your passbook.
Just like the Mobile banking Fedbook Application can be installed on iPhone and Android Smartphones. Federal Bank is also planning to develop Apps for blackberry and windows.
How Start with Fedbook
- Make sure that Internet is active in your Mobile phone you can use Mobile Internet or Wi-fi.
- After installing the Application Enter the Mobile number that is registered with Bank account with country code. and submit it.
- You will get a PIN via SMS Enter it and continue.
- Make sure that you have to change the PIN.
- After that you will taken to the Home page where you can view the Passbook, Account info, Search, Setting and About.
