Indian mobile maker Celkon launched a new budget smartphone called Campus A63. The phone comes with 4-inch display, Android 4.2 Jelly Bean and 1.2GHz dual-core processor for a nice price of Rs. 4,500.

GOOD
We like its 1.2GHz dual-core processor, Android 4.2 Jelly Bean, Its interface is good, Dual Sim support, 32GB expandable, GPS, Wifi etc this all are common in Android phones and battery for this budget this specs are nice.
BAD
No 3G, Display is very poor, Low RAM just 256MB (Not right combination for 1.2GHz dual core processor and jelly bean OS), 512MB ROM (You will be soon run out of space) need to depend on micro SD, Can run only low end apps. And 3.2 MP camera is also not so effective.
VERDICT
If you are looking for a budget Android 4.2 Jelly Bean smartphone this little champ is nicely priced. And while looking into the overall specs it is will very difficult to run Android 4.2 Jelly Bean in a hardware with 256MB RAM, 512MB ROM and no 3G option. Apart from that it has a nice processor.
