Maruti has added an airbag on the driver side which is a new optional accessory to its top-end Alto 800 VXI model.
LXI top-level comes with central locking, on board USB stereo with speakers, rear spoiler etc. The cost of the optional Airbag is around Rs 18,000 + Tax for the VXI, where its Ex-showroom price is around Rs 3.36 lacs.
