GCDA's new idea to keep Kochi people fit "Open-air gymnasium at Kaloor Stadium". The project has started and will be opened to public on July. Officials mentioned that they will install modern equipment and Public can use Open-air gymnasium, free of cost.
The project will be supported by Wellness Circle (New Delhi-based NGO). Wellness Circle will provide instructors along with the equipments. Instructors cellphone numbers will be displayed at gym so that people can call up for assistance. People who cannot afford high paid gymnasium can do daily workouts here" added by N Venugopal chairman of GCDA.
This project will help people to get ride of modern diseases like blood pressure, diabetes and obesity.
